When my 80 year old vintage bag broke I called half a dozen times and emailed half a dozen more trying to convince them to recreate that 9 inch by 3 inch bag. I was the the biggest pain in the butt customer and in the end begrudgingly took their "expert" advice and "settled" for for the 7 inch Sunday Bag. Now I am hear to eat crow and give my five stars. Yes it is better, yes I do like the bigger pocket, the workmanship is top notch. It was delivered on time as promised and exceeds all they told me it would be. Don't t hesitate, pick your color, pick your leather and order...if I was not disappointed you will not be. Great product, great service not enough positive adjectives to go around.
